At in2sewmachines we are committed to supplying the highest levels of customer satisfaction. None of our terms affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


Product pricing
All prices and offers indicated on this site are subject to stock availability.


Postage Charge
All sewing parts & haberdashery will be dispatched within 2 working days to mainland UK addresses unless specified in the description. Post will be stated on ordering online.


Cancellation & Returns
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, if you’ve received your item and have simply changed your mind, you may return the goods to us for a full refund subject to the following conditions. (We regret that we cannot accept returns for the purchase of used machines and clearance items):

You must inform us of your decision to cancel in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the product(s). It is customers’ responsibility to ensure that it is received by us in an unused condition. Refunds will exclude the original delivery charge included in the price of the original order and will not be given on damaged, marked or incomplete items, including missing original packaging or free gifts. We do not accept any liability for loss or damage during transit unless we arrange delivery.

You must pay the return charges. Goods should be returned as soon as possible in order that your payment can be refunded. We will credit your account within 30 days.


Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable and you need to pay the balance on collection within 7 days of notification that your order is ready.


Out of stock orders
In the case of an item being out of stock, we will contact you by email to advise when delivery is to be expected. Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch.


Guarantees
All products are fully covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee. At in2sewmachines we give you a one year back to base guarantee on all on new machines. We ask you to retain your receipt and also the packaging.

If you changed your mind and want to return the machine, you have 7 days to notify us. Machines do not qualify for free return. You will have to book and pay for the returns yourself. The machine has to arrive to us in the same packaging and same condition as you received it, and within 14 days of purchase for a refund. All refunds will be made as per the original method of payment. We charge a 20% re-stocking fee. Refunds are usually processed within a couple of days of receiving the item back.
